In May of 2026, I will once again take part in the Gordie Howe CARES Pro‑Am. Although my hip won’t allow me to be on the ice this year, I’m still very much in the game—my son will be between the pipes, and I’ll be supporting the team from the bench with my elite coaching skills (the same ones that helped the team earn a winning record in last year’s event!).

This incredible weekend brings together NHL Alumni from across North America to raise funds for the Gordie Howe CARES Centre for Alzheimer’s Research and Education Society.
