On May 22-24, 2026, I will participate in the Gordie Howe CARES Pro-Am Hockey Tournament in memory of my father Robin, who passed away on December 22, 2025, after a ten-year battle with Alzheimer’s disease.

In his honor, I’m raising funds for Gordie Howe’s CARES, an organization dedicated to supporting Alzheimer’s awareness, research, and the families and caregivers who are so deeply affected by this disease. By supporting their work, we can help ensure that other families receive the care, resources, and hope they need on this journey.

Your generosity not only supports myself and my family in raising awareness about this disease but more importantly supports Alzheimer’s caregivers to live healthier and fuller lives, preparing our community for the future when millions more step into this role.  Funds also go to research for treatment and hopefully, eventually a cure.
