In May 2023, I will participate in the Gordie Howe CARES Pro-Am, and I ask for your support. The Pro-Am is a weekend hockey event that welcomes NHL Alumni from across North America to help raise money for the Gordie Howe CARES Centre for Alzheimer’s Research and Education Society.
Alzheimer's has directly impacted my family, so fundraising and participating in this event has a personal meaning to me. The money I help raise will be used for new and future caregivers education & support services and ongoing research initiatives.
